As you can see from my last blog post, I’m seeking a contract System Administrator for Just-Eat. Although the job opportunity is a little bit different (Contract based) I wanted to take another approach in seeking new employees.
Last time I was seeking, I got over 1.200 résumés causing a lot of work for me in filtering them. Over 1000 of them should have filtered the applications by them self because they won’t qualified at all for the position.
This time I wanted to see the reaction if I did It through Twitter and my personal network. The blog post and the Tweet came out just before 12 o’clock and here at 21:00 I have 8 résumés.
